Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Origin Massage GmbH. By submitting an order, you agree to these T&C.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
A contract is concluded as soon as you click “Request now” during the ordering process and complete the form. You will then receive an email from us. Once this process is completed and you receive a final order confirmation, the contract becomes binding.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT unless otherwise specified.

Invoice (available for registered customers only)

Shipping costs are shown separately and may vary depending on the product.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide.
The delivery time is generally 10 business days, unless otherwise indicated for the product. Shipping is carried out by our logistics partner Camino.
If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we voluntarily grant you a 14-day return period from the date you receive the goods.

Conditions: The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The costs of return shipping are borne by you.

Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty provisions apply.
We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, or consequential damages is excluded.

Data Protection

We comply with Swiss data protection law.
Personal data is used solely for order processing, customer support, and our own marketing purposes, and will not be passed on to third parties.
