Return and Refund Policy
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, we voluntarily grant you a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The costs of return shipping are borne by you.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return shipment.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can review the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Since we exclusively sell massage tables and massage towels, our return policy applies only to these products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and – once the return is accepted – place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
